Sandblast Stage:
We will mask the building, then trench the dirt away from the base of the wall when possible. (4' to 6'inches) We then Sand Blast the walls.

Sandblasting removes all loose paint and loose stucco from the building. This phase of the project is most important because it removes all debris and dirt from the surface. After sandblasting all debris are cleaned up and hauled away. The Sandblast foreman will then invoice you for the first part of your job.

Re- Stucco Stage:

Our stucco men will scrape off loose edges that sandblasting did not remove. They then bond the walls, seal cracks with acrylic bonders.

The acrylic bonders fill any cracks and ensure a smooth surface for re-stuccoing the surface. The re-stucco portion of your job is then started as per instructions agreed upon on your contract. Every contract can be different due to different substrates and stucco products. After completion of the re-stucco portion of your job the foreman will give you a billing for the the stucco portion of the contract.
